Planning & Construction Services

Planning & Construction Services, through SSC Service Solutions, provides design and project management for renovation and new construction projects. Services include field inspections of capital construction, renovations, alterations or remodeling and space assessments for the University projects. We create plans and specifications, either in-house or in conjunction with various Architects and Engineers, prepare cost estimates, perform facility audits and surveys, and gather management information, analyze it and prepare reports for presentation. Projects range up to $10,000,000.
